In July 2014, Blucando was created by a group of IT professionals with a passion in delivering great service to a growing community that relies on technology to stay connected and build successful businesses.

We discussed specifications to suit my work requirements, quoted on budget and transferred all my existing data onto the new desktop, installed and got me back up and running without me having to worry about anything or experiencing any downtime.     Excellent service! I was recommended Blucando when my laptop died. Stuart arrived on time and managed to save everything that was on the laptop. I then ordered two laptops (one for my daughter too) and he put everything I needed onto it so it was all ready to go. I was always regularly updated by email as to what was happening with my order. A few days after receiving my new laptop I had to swap it which Stuart did quickly, transferring all the information again with no charge or hesitation! The service was fantastic and I am so happy with my new laptop. I will be using Blucando for everything computer related. I really recommend them.

    My laptop stopped working. I was told there was no hope but Stuart Elsdon from Blucando was recommended to me as a reliable friendly and very knowledgeable IT specialist. He was all of that and more. My laptop was beyond repair but he managed to save all my data and transfer it to a very reasonable priced replacement. I would highly recommend Stuart and his company.

    A big shout out for Blucando who rescued my laptop that stopped working. Stuart recovered all my data and reloaded the operating system. He also picked and dropped off the laptop meaning there was no inconvenience to me at all. Excellent service.

    When my laptop suddenly shutdown I was really worried I would lose all my data. I am retired and a bit of a technophobe!! I looked for a recommendation on 'Fleet Parents' for someone who could help and as a result contacted Blucando Ltd. Within half an hour Claire Elsdon had collected my computer to take it to their workshop. I was quickly contacted by her husband, Stuart Elsdon who diagnosed the problem. He retrieved the data and uploaded a new operating system. I had regular emails to keep me informed whilst the work was in progress until he delivered my repaired laptop to my home and set it up. I would highly recommend this company - good value, efficient, kind, patient and gave me personal service.

    An excellent fast service by Stuart which involved reloading my laptop operating system to resolve the problem and not a replacement computer as I at first expected.     I had a problem with my laptop so I called Stuart, recommended to me by somebody else. He was straight onto the issue and quoted me for resolving the problem. However, despite several attempts, the issue could not be fixed so he didn't charge me for the work. He immediately provided a very reasonable quote for a new one and then set it up for me. I found Stuart to be very customer focused, efficient on providing support and feedback and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be using him for any future support required and would absolutely recommend his first class customer service.

    I cannot fault Stuart and his team at Blucando for their knowledge, technical and customer support. They listen to the problem(s), give you the options with regard to repair, replace or upgrade with a firm financial overview. It enables you as a customer to use that information to choose the option best suit your needs. All of this information is given in an email trail format which means that there is no room for error and the work is understood by both parties. I feel confident that as a customer I will get an improved/new machine at the best possible price within my budget. I will not go anywhere else for my computing/software needs.

    I would like to highly recommend Blucando for their fantastic customer service. My hard drive with all my children's photos failed, and I thought we had lost them all. Stuart Elsdon at Blucando has done so much to help retrieve them, keeping me fully up to speed with progress, and has delivered a new hard drive this evening with the majority of my photos restored. Excellent customer service.

    Stuart sorted out my laptop when the Windows 10 update crashed it - he installed a new hard drive, a new copy of Windows, and helped to re-install Microsoft Office when we didn't have the original key. Really helpful, prompt and sorted everything in the time frame stated. Highly recommend.
